Pool Sunbed & Umbrellas Policy

Reservation of Sun Beds:

It is not allowed to reserve sun beds before the official opening time of the pool at 10:00 AM. Any towels or personal belongings placed on sun beds before this time will be removed by the staff. The hotel will not accept any liability for loss or damage of items left on the sun beds.

Use of Sun Beds After 10:00 AM:

If a sun bed is not used for more than 30 minutes, the hotel staff will remove any towels or personal belongings placed on it to make it available for other guests. Again, the hotel will not accept any liability for loss or damage of these items. This policy is to ensure that all guests have equal access to the sun beds. For safety reasons, moving the umbrellas around the pool area is not recommended. Our team has carefully positioned them to provide adequate shade and to maintain a safe distance from the poolside. Moving the umbrellas could pose risks such as potential accidents or damage to the umbrellas themselves. 

Mini Bar Policy

Minibars have a big bottle of water free of charge (upon arrival), in case of refilling there is an additional charge.
